Summer Arts Camp

The Arts Council of Calvert Council will again host our Summer Arts Camp, June - August. Two hands-on, weeklong sessions featuring activities in all the major art genres will be hosted for ages 7 - 12.

Junior Counselor volunteer positions are also available for ages 15-18. If you are interested in volunteering as a Jr. Counselor or adult leader, please contact Kathy Sears, Executive Director for more information.

Grants
The Arts Council funds many exciting arts activities that enrich the lives of both artists and residents in our area. Grants are available to schools, arts organizations, and nonprofit organizations in Calvert County.

Outreach
We continue to share the arts with underserved populations by supporting programming, workshops, and events for children, seniors, and people with disabilities.

Volunteering
Volunteers help support the Arts Council staff and board to accomplish the tasks that we need to grow and voice and the mission. We provide opportunities for volunteers on a regular basis.

Be a Friend of the Arts
