Booth Information
The Arts Council of Calvert County will provide booth space to all Artists. Members of the CalvArt Gallery will receive free booth space.
Indoor Artists - $50 Booth Fee. Artists will be provided one (1) table and chair in their booth space.
Outside Artists - $50 Booth Fee. will be required to provide their own tent, table and chairs.
**Booth fees are only for artists who are selling.
All Artists/Vendors are responsible for obtaining the required permits and licensing, and payment of Sales Tax. If you do not hold a Sales Tax License, contact the Maryland Comptroller.
RELEASE AGREEMENT ARTS EXPERIENCE 2024
Agree both, not to sue, nor to hold the Arts Council of Calvert County, Inc., Fair Board, their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers responsible for any loss, theft, or damages connected with registrant’s participation. I understand that this is a release from liability, a hold harmless agreement, and an assumption of risk agreement. I understand that this is a binding agreement and that it is binding on myself, my heirs, or anyone making a claim.

You will be notified of the acceptance decision by May 15, 2024. Artists paying for a booth space will be sent an invoice after acceptance.
