About the event

Price per Person: $35.00

This class is for ages 12 to adult.

Class Description: Join us for a fun Birds of Prey class for all skill levels! We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to watercolor, followed by vibrant pastels on toned paper. Please note that you'll need to purchase your own pastels. This is a great opportunity to explore your creativity!

Class instructor, Tara Tokarksi, will bring a variety of materials you can use: watercolor, brushes, blenders, tonal paper, a template with pre-drawn birds, and white and black charcoal. You'll just need to grab some pastels. If you’re just starting out, Tara suggests going for pastel pencils. The CarbOthello Pastel Pencils set with 24 assorted colors, or the larger set, is a solid choice. Please get dark brown (umber), reddish brown (sienna), yellow, orange, blue, and either warm white or cream. You can use pretty much any pastels. Tara really likes soft pastels and pastel pencils. If you want to…
