Class Description: Unwind and get creative with the ancient Japanese art of Kumihimo braiding! Join us for a relaxed, hands-on 2-hour workshop where you will use a braiding disc to weave a beautiful, intricate friendship bracelet using traditional cord-braiding techniques. Led by experienced braider Jo'e Simons, this introductory-level class is perfect for anyone who wants to work with this beautiful craft and take what you learn with you - including the braiding disc you will be given - to expand what you learn to make more bracelets and even necklaces at home. No previous experience is necessary, and supplies are provided to make one bracelet.
