IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ELECTRIC/WATER:
Electric and Water hook-up will not be available. All Food Vendor Units must be self sufficient.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT:
If you have not already done so, you MUST complete a Calvert County Health Department Food Service Application and pay the required fee. Submit completed form DIRECTLY to the Calvert County Health Department along with their required fee. Under no circumstances will any food vendor be permitted to set up without the approval of the Health Department. It is your responsibility to secure all required licenses. SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS & DETAILED EVENT INFO:
Once you have been accepted, you will receive detailed information regarding the event, including set-up times, parking, etc. Should you have any questions before then, please email programs@calvertarts.org.

RELEASE AGREEMENT ARTS EXPERIENCE 2024
Agree both, not to sue, nor to hold the Arts Council of Calvert County, Inc., Fair Board, their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers responsible for any loss, theft, or damages connected with registrant’s participation. I understand that this is a release from liability, a hold harmless agreement, and an assumption of risk agreement. I understand that this is a binding agreement and that it is binding on myself, my heirs, or anyone making a claim.
