Calvert County Barn Quilt Trail

The mission of the Barn Quilt Trail is to connect our community and visitors by promoting Calvert County’s agricultural heritage, local history and artistic talent through the exhibition of hand-painted quilt squares on barns and buildings throughout Calvert County.

This is made possible by sponsors and volunteers! Consider joining the program by sponsoring a quilt square on your property, donating funds for a quilt square or volunteering with painting and installation.

Barn Owners

Want a quilt on your barn? If you would like to participate in this program with your barn, please complete the application. The locations/routes committee developed criteria for choosing barns (visibility from the road, upkeep of the farm, traffic flow, etc.). When you contact us, you will be added to the “potential sites” list.

Sponsors

Don’t have a barn, but would like to sponsor a quilt? Complete the application for sponsorship to get started! All contributions will be used to help expand the barn quilt project in Calvert County.
